- Welcome to the Coaching Circuit. This call sets expectations, identifies and sets immediate gaols, gives an overview and tutorial of the TCC Platform and sets the student up for success.

- This platform is about improving verbal fluency. This step captures the initial skill set for comparison later. The student will respond to questions as if responding to a customer.
- The Circuit Contain
- Circuit Guide: This workbook will help you understand the immediate value of the skills you are going to learn and identify how improving it will make a dramatic impact on your performance.
- Video: These videos will cover the sales skills that you will focus on, breaking down the skill process and offering added execution insight.
- Audio Demonstrations: Listening to top performing examples of the particular sales skill accelerates learning and provides you with a consistent standard of excellence, and sets you and your coaching session up for success.
- Planning Worksheets: Learning is a participation sport. To encourage and capture your ideas, you will receive a formatted document for creating you own examples. These will serve as a powerful resource as you develop your sales skills.
- Behavior Tick Sheets: Track your efforts with these easy to use documents. When you have something that you can reflect on, it’s easier to quantify your improvement, effort and results. Do these yourself and measure your own success.
- Recorded coaching session
- Never let a good demonstration go wasted. Each coaching session is recorded so you can easily go back and hear the examples shared on the call. Never worry about missing a moment of greatness again.
- 10 One-on-One practice-based coaching sessions
- The true differentiating factor to changing verbal behaviors and seeing real results can only come from practicing. It always sounds better in your head, it’s having the ability to effectively communicate your knowledge that make owning your skills real. These fast-paced, intense sessions are based on rigorous back and forth practice. The true test to passing any circuit. Prove it and own it through practice.
